A little about me...
Hello! I'm Hannah. An illustrator and print designer based in Devon, UK.
For as long as I can remember, I've loved animals, drawing and spending time in nature. Nature is my happy place and provides me with an endless source of inspiration. Most of my work is inspired by my walks in the picturesque countryside of south Devon, as well as trips to local zoos and botanical gardens.
I've always been a bit of a nerd when it comes to wildlife. So, before I start sketching, I like to do a little research. For me, getting to know how an animal lives and interacts with their environment is a key part of capturing their likeness and charm. And, it's always fun to learn more about the animal world. It never fails to amaze and inspire!
From pencil sketch to hand-drawn vector illustration. I work-up my final illustrations and create repeat patterns using Adobe Illustrator. My style is playful, full of feel-good vibes and typically involves bright pops of colour.
My aim is to create happy, colourful illustrations that connect us all a little more to the magical world of nature. Or, simply brighten up someone’s day. I also love partnering with brands to create beautiful best-selling products that delight customers.
Art Licensing
I have a portfolio of stand-alone illustrations and repeat patterns that are available for licensing. I can also customise any design elements and colours to better suit your needs. Or, create something entirely new in a similar style that's exclusive to you.
Supporting Conservation
Wildlife conservation has always been close to my heart. In fact, before becoming a full-time freelance illustrator, I worked for a wildlife charity. During this time, I illustrated some popular educational resources for children, designed best-selling t-shirts and created a calendar showcasing the diversity of sharks.
